I first mentioned this new company RedRaw Media<\/a> last Monday in my “Porn Sneak Peek” post with some behind the scenes stuffs between Ty Roderick and Casey Tanner<\/a>.<\/p>\n

I once met Ty on set of Raging Stallion’s Heretic<\/a> in San Francisco. He’s really cute in real-life.<\/p>\n

What exactly is RedRaw Media? Read the article below to find out more about this new company by porn star Ty Roderick<\/a> and Dean Sage<\/a> (he’s the host of Gay Sex Cast<\/a>).<\/p>\n

You’ve seen the coy tweets, the pics, the magazine and now some screenshots of the first film, Adoration<\/strong>. But none of those really answer the question of what Ty Roderick<\/a> is up to now. Alongside Casey Tanner<\/a> and Dean Sage, he’s been pulling together a dynamic, creative team that is dedicated to entering a new space different from porn scenes.<\/p>\n

RedRaw Media<\/a> is a production team, not a studio. There have always been multiple sides of erotica, porn occupying one very lucrative edge of it. However, after working in scenes for almost three years, Ty felt it was time to find a different area to explore. Dean Sage has been dreaming of a similar shift as well, calling it Indie Erotic Cinema.<\/p>\n

The emphasis is on the character, the connection, and the story. And not the setups that we are so used to seeing, but actual desire lines that incorporate sex as well as acting to allow the full story to unfold.<\/p>\n

Which is not to say RedRaw isn’t producing some amazingly hot content, it’s just a different edge of the erotica world. They are experimenting with light and angles, bringing in the edgy-ness of indie films, and working with actors who can embody and emote the kind of authenticity usually ascribed to amateur work.<\/p>\n

Casey Tanner entered the world of porn just over a year ago at Helix Studios<\/a>. In that time he developed an amazing image and brand, gaining followers who have never and will never watch a scene of his. As much as he enjoyed the work, he too felt that there was something more to be done. A chance for him to shine on screen as brightly as he does on social media.<\/p>\n

The magical month of November 2013 saw a collision of possibility. Dean and Ty were talking about what has become RedRaw Media at the same time that Ty and Casey shot their iconic scene together<\/a> at Helix Studios. It took another two months for it all to come together, but the current feature project, the first part of which is titled “Adoration,” is proof enough that they’ve begun a very exciting adventure.<\/p>\n

RedRaw Media is more than just hot pics and sex scenes. They will produce Indie Erotic Cinema, beautifully shot artistic photo magazines, books and graphic novels, and exclusive\/limited edition collector’s items. They hope to work with established studios, offering a different type of production that focuses on the hybrid space between independent film and porn.<\/p>\n
