Please introduce yourself, how old are you, where are you from?<\/strong>
\nMy name\u2019s Gabriel Cross, I\u2019m older than I\u2019d care to admit and I grew up in London.<\/p>\n

How did you come up with your porn name Gabriel Cross?<\/strong>
\nGabriel comes from the archangel. I\u2019ve always been told I look angelic, so I thought it was fitting. My middle name is Ross, I was Gabriel Ross for some years. When I signed with Randy Blue they added the C.<\/p>\n

Please tell us when and how did you get into the adult industry?<\/strong>
\nI\u2019ve been in and out of the industry for quite some time. I did some amateur British productions in my late teens. But I started working seriously when I applied to shoot with Titan Men. I simply filled out an application online and they promptly responded. So I found myself shooting in Palm Springs on a production called Scorched. This was really a turning point. I did a scene with Tucker Scott who now runs Next Door studios<\/a>, he turned out to be a very useful ally, and Travis James<\/a>, who introduced me to Randy at Randy Blue. And the rest is history. I\u2019ve taken breaks over the years but something always brings me back\u2026..<\/p>\n

How was it like working with Randy Blue?<\/strong>
\nMy experience with Randy was a really positive one. He treated, and payed, the models extremely well. If only I was still payed those scene rates now\u2026.. The only drawback was they used a lot of \u2018gay for pay\u2019 models. Which I find rather trying\u2026. It totally killed any strait boy fantasies I had.<\/p>\n

Why did you leave Randy Blue and what did you do afterward?<\/strong>
\nI went back to university and my schedule became very inflexible. As a result they kinda lost interest and I decided to step away from the industry for a time.<\/p>\n

Please tell us about all the porn studios you work with. What’s the different between each studios?<\/strong>
\nI\u2019ve worked with quite a few other the years. In more recent years it\u2019s been:<\/p>\n

Men.com<\/a> who do a lot of high production story lead content. I really enjoy the B role and the opportunity to act.<\/p>\n

Falcon Studios Group<\/a> which consists on Falcon, Hot House and Naked Sword. Glossy high production. I love working with them as they make me look incredible. Naked sword is there story lead, artsy production company.<\/p>\n

Until relatively recently I did a lot of work for Next Door Studios<\/a>. It\u2019s more boy next door. But still high produced.<\/p>\n

I prefer to limit the studios I work with. I believe it gives you more longevity in the industry, and I should know about that\u2026.. Excessive exposure is not a good thing in my opinion.<\/p>\n

What are the studios you enjoy working with the most?<\/strong>
\nI\u2019d say more people than studious. Josep at AlterSin (Men.com<\/a>) has been a constant in my life for some years now. men.com got me back into the industry after stepping away for a few years. He always looks after me and I really enjoy working for him.<\/p>\n

Kent Taylor and Nick Fox were always amazing to work with at Falcon Studios Group. Both of them are incredibly talented, creative individuals. I\u2019ve worked with Nick since my Randy Blue days and I\u2019m at my happiest when I\u2019m on set with him. They both always made sure there was work for me there. Recently there have been a lot of changes at Falcon Group. Unfortunately both of them have now left. Will there continue to be work there for me? Only time will tell\u2026\u2026<\/p>\n

Any funny stories that happened during porn shoot?<\/strong>
\nPirates XXX<\/a> was one of the funnies, and most traumatic, shoots I\u2019ve ever been on. Being on a mock pirate ship in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea in extremely choppy waters is not conducive to a simple scene. The sea was so rough we could hardly stand up to shoot the oral. And then there was the vomiting\u2026. Most of us were vomiting over the side of the boat between takes. Poor Jimmy Durano <\/a>was tied to the mast of the ship, with me blowing him, when his nausea hit. We almost didn\u2019t get him untied in time. But somehow his dick still got hard\u2026. It always does!<\/p>\n

What do you think about the current stage of the adult industry where most studios produce bareback contents now?<\/strong>
\nThe first time I did a bareback scene was with Next Door Raw<\/a>. As a performer it certainly made things easier. I frequently get really sore when I\u2019m bottoming on set with a condom (which is most or the time). It\u2019s clearly where the industry is heading and to resist it doesn\u2019t make business sense. It\u2019s what consumers want.<\/p>\n

PrEP has change things, a lot. The industry clearly has a responsibility to it\u2019s performers and consumers well-being. To do as much as it can to ensure people are making sensible, informed decisions. Bareback content clearly encourages the viewer to have unprotected sex. Anyone who says otherwise is very naive or simply lying. Yet I strongly believe your sexual health is your responsibility!<\/p>\n

What do you think change the most in the adult industry from when you started and now?<\/strong>
\nI\u2019ve seen a lot of changes over the years. And the studios who resist that evolution are the ones who fail to survive. One of the biggest changes was the impact of pricey on the industry and that in turn hugely impacted on scene rates. We are clearly at another turning point right now. It\u2019s explicitly clear now that OnlyFans style content is not just a fad. It appears to be the beginning of a new chapter of production. Does that still leave room for studio porn? Yes, but I\u2019m not sure in what context that is.<\/p>\n

What do you think about OnlyFans?<\/strong>
\nI\u2019m incredibly grateful to OnlyFans. It\u2019s empowering models and allowing them to make a serious income. You no longer have to be an exclusive to achieve real success in the industry, or fit that precise studio mould. There\u2019s room for so much more diversity. This independence makes me a lot happier as I find the casting process extremely frustrating.<\/p>\n

That being said many models seem to expect it to be a blank check for doing almost no work. It\u2019s not. You need to invest the time and put a lot of work in. It\u2019s a job and needs to be approached as such.<\/p>\n

There are clearly a lot of ongoing technical and payment issues with the OnlyFans site and it frustrates me that they haven\u2019t been resolved. Other smaller sites are seizing the opportunity to replicate this business model creating more efficient, reliable versions. Austin Wolf very recently launched his competing site 4my.Fans alone with Dominic Ford\u2019s JustFor.Fans<\/a>. I\u2019m now focusing my energy towards these two. I believe the site formats are sufficiently different to warrant a presence on both. This will allow fans to chose which they prefer but my content will remain the same on both. Austin and Dominic also come from the industry so the sites are more fit for purpose. <\/p>\n

It also surprises me that a large parent group hasn\u2019t come out with a competing site yet, considering the resources at their disposal.<\/p>\n

Describe your perfect first date.<\/strong>
\nSo much of that is down to the person you\u2019re with. That spark and chemistry is what I crave. I love good food, so something like great Sushi and an art gallery or theatre. Whenever I\u2019m in DC me and Derek Bolt have date day. He always gets in kinda spot on\u2026.<\/p>\n

So I started shooting for them back in January. I\u2019ve also encouraged some of my colleagues from the more main stream industry to join me.
