For those saying he can’t join the Air Force. First it depends what job. If they need him, they’ll just tell him to lie about his history. At any rate, he can still join, however while on active duty he cannot pursue a gay lifestyle. Having gay sex, or having identified as gay prior to service does not actually invalidate you. It’s still a shitty program though, I’m not defending it any way. Just saying, they’d still take him and he wouldn’t be violating any articles of the UCMJ. For those of you saying DADT wouldn’t apply. You are wrong. DADT prohibits anyone who “demonstrate(s) a propensity or intent to engage in homosexual acts” from serving in the armed forces of the United States, because “it would create an unacceptable risk to the high standards of morale, good order and discipline, and unit cohesion that are the essence of military capability.” It doesn’t limit homosexual acts to those engaged in AFTER you enlist it says PROPENSITY or INTENT – I think a good arguement could be made that if someone was willing to have gay sex for money many times in the past on camera then they wouldn’t be adversed to doing so again. I’m not saying I agree – it sucks- but just because he says he is straight he doesn’t get a free pass. They make no distinction between the gay sex, actually being gay, or even the implication of being gay. As for looking the other way – uh no- they are firing Arabic translators who they spent years and thousands of dollars training, when they are woefully in need, for getting emails sent to their private Yahoo accounts. If they are firing them when their are literally months of backlogged translations to be done then I don’t think they would give a second thought to a rescue jumper with a gay porn history. I worked with Gavin on the set of several NextDoorMale scenes. He’s a good kid; young in my opinion to be a father- but his heart is in the right place.
As far as being able to go into the military- when you are posted in PUBLIC videos, FOR SALE, having sex with other men, they(being the military) view it as a silent, OVERT admission of don’t ask, don’t tell.

What’s even more amusing is that this was the first time the RIGUARD had ever had to potentially have a hearing like that- and they’re 6500 deep, with new troops rotating in every few years. Thus, I’d speculate that prosecution is much more stringent, active duty.
For whoever said he is going ‘Pararescue’- they are 110% correct. The ‘Secret’ level military clearance checks will find everything. He’d be shot up.
