Power lifter, wrestlers, and rugby especially are all in way better condition than half the queens at most gyms, but they have bellies for balance (and because strength training DEMANDS eating more) and still maintain insane core strength. and because having strong abs doesn’t mean you have to have zero fat (not possible or safe).
