So you will get the most protection from HIV and other sexually transmitted diseases if you consistently take PrEP medicine and consistently use condoms during sex.”

hmm condms do not protect against transitted diseases as long as you have oral sex, u can get these just by French kissing as well

With PrEP you take one tablet a day. If you are HIV+ you also take one tablet each day.

The HIV virus (like all viruses) will continue to evolve, usually into something even more virulent. At some point this med being promoted by Lucas will not work; I realize there’s a lot of $$$ to be made, but promoting unsafe sex is totally insane.
Guys should start fucking with strap-on dildos…a much safer (or rather totally safe) way to have sex…it’s what me and my BF do, and the sex couldn’t be any hotter…

When your face is so stretched that you look like you’re changing races, that’s an indication that you need to stop screwing around with it. And yes I agree I’ll get my info on Prep or any other medications from a doctor, not a trashy racist human being.
And lol at Nick throwing shade at Randy Blue. He’s probably very bitter that they stopped giving him any scenes. Why they stopped, who really knows, but I believe it had something to do with his weight gain during the course of exclusivity with the studio. Say what you want about RB right now, but the quality during Nick’s time with them was at their peak. And as Sean Cody has shown over the years, the setting of a scene matters nothing. The sex speaks for itself and so far Nick Sterling’s best work is still at Randy Blue.
