Dawson has received numerous requests from people asking about his workout routine. Seven days a week, Dawson spends a minimum of six hours a day in the gym. His routine is three hours in the morning, and three in the afternoon or at night.

Channel 1 Releasing has anchored muscular newcomer and Taken headliner Mitchell Rock to an exclusive performance contract.

The newcomer is also a fitness model and competitive bodybuilder. He had accompanied Adam Killian to the set of another film where his muscular physique impressed LaRue, who offered him an impromptu on-camera audition that was good enough to land him a role in TAKEN: To The Lowest Level.

“I nearly started jumping up and down when Mitchell told me he wanted to sign with us. He’s got such a different look from all my other exclusives,” LaRue said.
