A bit pessimistic and fatalistic to say once someone has done porn they will resort to selling their bodies forever or risk getting arrested for committing crimes. People get in and out of porn for all sorts of reasons. Money, fame, exhibition, validation… sure, there are those with drug and mental health issues, and the porn industry unfortunately doesn’t help especially if these issues already existed beforehand. But, do they end up being prostitutes and criminals forever? I sure hope not. And this is 2026. There are plenty of communities who embrace or at least do not judge those who do or have done sex work. Unless you’re living in some rural conservative community in Montana or try to get a job teaching elementary school, I personally can care less if someone has done porn as long as they’ve remembered to wash their hands.
