I didn’t moderate comments on this website mostly because I don’t have time. I do everything on this Queer Me Now Blog alone. From finding stories, pics and videos to trying to write articles with my limited English skill. But I do it because I LOVE Porn (Alright, I admit it, I’m addicted to porn). The point is I love what I’m doing but it’s time consuming (you have no idea). And because I’m so glad and grateful when someone spend their precious time to comment on what I blog about.
But the latest comment I’ve received on the last post forced me to do something. The video I posted was just a lighthearted funny blooper but look at the first comment.
I WILL NOT allow comments like this on my website anymore. I’m working on the full Blog Comment Policy. But right now, I WILL NOT allow personal attacks on other commentators or performers, studios and websites. And I reserve my right to edit or remove or ban any comments I consider rude, aggressive and hateful.
I hate to do this, it’s against free speech, but I want to treat this website as my living room. So please, Do not say things you wouldn’t say in a face to face conversation in other people’s living room.

Comments don’t need to be moderated, just weeded out — If I want to slam a productions use of an actor or genre of film I should be able to.
You might just want to get word press to send an link to an e-mail so it can be verified–that way if the poster is a tool you can post their e-mail address for the world to see.

Well and timely said! Reading personal attacks for someone voicing there own view that at times are not derogatory is really disappointing. Keep up the good work QMN and here’s hoping all those bloggers out there respect your wishes and show fellow human beings repect as well.

BTW Jonathonsucks…I think QMN doesn’t have issues about productions or even porno actors it attacks on those coming here and also attacks or race and religious beliefs etc etc. We all have our fave and disliked porn and we have good banter about it but leave hurtful comments about those commenting out of it!

QMN: I agree with TK, you do a superb job day in and day out and it’s sad that some who come here have nothing else to do than insult and dengrate the porn actors or other bloggers. Of course such hateful people would ultimately be revealed to be bigots as well.

Totally agree and support. Although I know it’s a pain in the ass to do all that screening.. the ideal would be using a sistem with registered users and simply ban the evil ones, would make things easier, although setting up the thing could give some trouble.. be strong 😉

Don’t get too over-worked on the comments. Look at the comments on YouTube – the worst most vile collection of comments on any web site. The more your site grows, it’s just going to happen.

word press is freeware and can be modified easily, you just set up the commenting to have e-mail verifications sent to weed out losers who post this kind of crap.

TK — The comments aren’t welcomed but should elicit a reactionary solution to the problem of unmoderated comments. Why sacrifice freedoms! Again, the owner would NOT need to, if he had a verification function on this site like when posting an e-mail is sent to the user and they click a verification link; this way the owner can publish bad peoples e-mail and the rest of the users here can cyberstalk and harass them.

I don’t get where the hate comes from, Jonathon, I am neither Jewish nor Arab but I support them both as human beings and feel for the gays among them as when totalitarian life exists, the gays are the ones who suffer the most.
Get over yourself, find a therapist or fall in love with either one of the people you seem to dislike, you will find that they will open you up to a culture you didn’t know exists and you WILL fall in love.

I don’t know who the person who has this site is, but I enjoy it daily.
To be able to post ideas about the new porn being created is something that only can exist in a free society, but we have to have feelings of what is right and wrong.
I support the creator of this site in asking us to use a sense of decency in our remarks.
Who ever you are that has this site, keep on doing what you do…but am now curious as to why English might not be your first language?

Yes, you should skim the comments, and delete the political, hateful, etc — sorry it’s needed.
People who would comment on Zionism, etc on a porn site are NOT going to understand what you wrote, because they DO say that in their living rooms. Sorry, but expecting only gentlemen in 2009 is not really realistic.
Also (bless you) you perhaps did not realize that ANY mention of Israel is going to open you to receive some rough comments — that is a very contentious part of the world, for thousands of years.
