that is because of the Hormones. When transitioning to Female they are giving a lot of female hormones that alter the body and parts. The penis and testicles are affected as the male hormones are in charge of them if you add more female hormones shrink the penis and testicles.

Yeah that is the reason why males need to keep exercise as much past puberty to keep producing testosterone. If male don’t eat healthy they produce more estrogen and we get what is called man boobs, weight, etc.
