The Grabbys weekend is just around the corner. Gay porn stars and everyone in the gay porn industry are heading to Chicago this weekend for the Grabbys 2014 Erotic Video Awards. The event will be held this Saturday, May 24 (with many porn star parties before and after Grabbys). Here’s the list of nominees.

Which porn stars will take home the awards? Who will have a meltdown? Who will have sex with whom? Which blog is going to beat Queer Me Now this year in Best Porn Blog category? Who will wear the best and worst outfit on red carpet? Sadly… I will miss all that. I’ve never been to Grabbys and this year is the same. I just came back from the US after attending the Phoenix Forum. Don’t worry, I will do the Grabbys Awards Roundup posts like I did every year.

And this year I have a secret weapon. Porn newcomer David Benjamin (check out his interview videos here) is attending the Grabbys for the first time this week and he would be happy to share his impressions with me and Queer Me Now readers. Oh, he is one of the Trophy Boys. He’s brand new to porn, just filmed his first sex scene earlier this month. So keep an eye on my blog for series of articles by David Benjamin about his participation and impressions of Grabbys. It would be nice see the event through the eyes of porn newcomer.
