He may or may not remain like this, the sexual reassignment surgery for MTF is not really advanced enough at this point, and some people just don’t feel that they need it to feel like a man or a woman. It’s not your place to make snarky comments on it.

@Marito. The only difference between man who was born male or a man who was born in a female body is just the body they were born in. A biological man and a FTM man can be str8, bi or gay. Many FTM men don’t have the genital reassignment surgery because it isn’t advanced enough yet. MTF is much more advanced and quite good.

He hated the term trans or FTM as he had never transitioned to anything.
