David Benjamin Will Cover Grabbys 2014 for Queer Me Now

The Grabbys weekend is just around the corner. Gay porn stars and everyone in the gay porn industry are heading to Chicago this weekend for the Grabbys 2014 Erotic Video Awards. The event will be held this Saturday, May 24 (with many porn star parties before and after Grabbys). Here’s the list of nominees.

Which porn stars will take home the awards? Who will have a meltdown? Who will have sex with whom? Which blog is going to beat Queer Me Now this year in Best Porn Blog category? Who will wear the best and worst outfit on red carpet? Sadly… I will miss all that. I’ve never been to Grabbys and this year is the same. I just came back from the US after attending the Phoenix Forum. Don’t worry, I will do the Grabbys Awards Roundup posts like I did every year.

And this year I have a secret weapon. Porn newcomer David Benjamin (check out his interview videos here) is attending the Grabbys for the first time this week and he would be happy to share his impressions with me and Queer Me Now readers. Oh, he is one of the Trophy Boys. He’s brand new to porn, just filmed his first sex scene earlier this month. So keep an eye on my blog for series of articles by David Benjamin about his participation and impressions of Grabbys. It would be nice see the event through the eyes of porn newcomer.

The GRABBYS 2014 Nominations Have Been Announced

Grab Magazine just released the 2014 nominations of this year GRABBYS AWARDS. The award show itself along with all the porn star parties will take place in Chicago during Memorial Day Weekend, May 22 – 26.

Congratulation to all the nominees! Raging Stallion, Hot House, NakedSword, CockyBoys are nominated in many categories this year.

Grabbys brings back the “Best Porn Blog” category this year. (Chronicles of Pornia won the award back in 2012, they didn’t have this category last year). It’s nice to get nominated again.

Congratulation To All The Winners of Grabbys Awards 2013

The Grabbys Award Show 2013 in Chicago has just ended moments ago and I would like to say congratuation to all the winners and nominees! NakedSword and CockyBoys won 4 Grabbys each. I follow The Sword on Twitter and here’s the list of Grabbys winners I have so far (it’s not complete).

Porn star Trenton Ducati won two Grabbys – Best Versatile Performer and Performer of The Year (tie with Jimmy Durano who also won Hottest Top). Best Newcomer goes to Max Ryder and Tate Ryder (Tate also took home Hottest Bottom). Christian Wilde won Best Actor. Tommy Defendi won Hottest Cock, Adam Killian won Best Solo. Jake Jackson of Cockyboys won Best Director.

For the sex scenes, Best Duo award is a tie between Jessy Ares fucks Scott Hunter and Kris Evans fucks Mick Lovell. Best Group goes to Tate Ryder, Jake Genesis and Derek Parker threesome. And Project Go Go Boy won the Best Movie Award!
