Topher often showed up at to Shark night Club in Tustin where I used to frequent. Firstly I’m going to assume you’ve misquoted Topher there and that the end of that statement should be “I’m NOT going to give it any attention.”
This kind of non-response makes me feel that Tegan’s story is clearly true. If someone has just accused you of raping them and you didn’t do it you’re going to be screaming blue bloody murder and calling your lawyers. But given the opportunity to respond Topher didn’t come out with any denial; “this didn’t happen,” or something similar.
